Skin Therapist – SHINE SKIN AND BODY

• $34 – $40 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled and experienced Skin Therapists + Penalty rates + Super + Bonuses and incentives + Car parking.
• Opportunity to earn extremely generous uncapped bonuses and commissions (our top Therapists are earning an additional $1200+ per month in commissions – based on Full time hours).

• Position is open to recent Diploma in Beauty Therapy (and higher) graduates.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role consisting of traditional facials as well as dermal treatments including skin consultations, facials, extractions, peels, skin needling, various laser, IPL and LED.

You will need to hold a minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy to be eligible to apply for this role. Ideally, we are seeking a confident and experienced Skin / Dermal Therapist. However, the main attributes we’re seeking are:

1. A natural and proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. We are focussed on providing a 5-star, individualised and authentic service to our clients.
2. Motivation and desire for continued education & learning in a skin-focussed role. We provide a high level of education & skills training for all of our Therapists, so you must be committed to continued learning & growth.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Remuneration: $34 – $40 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled and experienced Dermal / Skin Therapists + Penalty rates + Super + uncapped Bonuses and incentives.

Competitive wages will be negotiated for lesser experienced Therapists.

Hours: Choose from 26 – 38 hours per week (permanent).

• Guaranteed hours each week & set roster.
• The clinic is open Tuesday-Saturday. The position includes 2 late nights & every Saturday.

Location: Richmond VIC (free all-day onsite parking).
