Whether you are a highly experienced Senior Hairdresser, newly qualified stylist, returning to the industry after a break, or an advanced 3rd Year Apprentice, this is an incredible opportunity to grow your career within a warm, supportive and professional salon environment.

✨ Excellent Pay
Earn $36–$45+ per hour (casual) depending on experience, with bonuses and commissions on top. Permanent opportunities may be available after 3 months.
✨ Flexible Hours
Choose from 24–35 hours per week with guaranteed hours, or Full-time (38 hours) for the right candidate.
✨ Work/Life Balance
Enjoy early Saturday finishes at 12:30pm, no Sundays, and flexibility for occasional Saturdays off.

For over 15 years, Rock Paper Scissors Hair & Beauty has been providing exceptional hair services to clients across the Sunshine Coast.
Led by owner Tracy, the salon’s close-knit team of four passionate stylists pride themselves on delivering beautiful hair, exceptional service, and a personalised client experience.
While the team specialises in all aspects of hairdressing, they are particularly known for their creative colour work and modern styling techniques.
This is a salon where creativity is encouraged, teamwork is celebrated, and every client leaves feeling amazing.
