Nourish Spa and Skin Clinic – Clinic Manager (Senior Beauty Therapist)
- $35 – $40 per hour (casual rate of pay) + weekend penalty rates + commissions. Permanent employment can be offered if preferred.
- Full time role with lower hours negotiable. Tuesday – Saturday role. 10am starts weekdays.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the role you’ve been waiting for! We have a brand-new position for a Clinic Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role performing treatments while also managing and motivating our small team of 3 passionate and experienced Beauty Therapists. As well as managing our team, you will be ensuring that the salon runs smoothly including managing client requests, stock ordering, monthly clinic promotions and other general duties. This role is approximately 70% hands on treatments and 30% management.

Established for over 8 years, we offer a range of beauty services including facials, IPL, waxing, sugaring, lashes & brows, manicures & pedicures, spray tans and massage. We’re an extremely friendly, welcoming and passionate team and we place a large focus on continual training and education.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Recent experience and confidence in performing waxing (Brazilian Waxing is a must), IPL/Laser, facials and massage. If you have experience in any of our other treatments, this is an advantage.
- Minimum certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
- Previous Management experience is highly regarded.
- You must be highly motivated with the ability to motivate and mentor our team to achieve KPI’s.
- Highly preferred – Experience with Dermaviduals products.
Pay rate: $35 – $40 per hour (casual rate of pay) + weekend penalty rates + commissions. Permanent employment can be offered if preferred.
Hours:
- Full time role. Lower hours can be negotiated for the right person.
- We are open Tuesday – Saturday with 10am starts weekdays. Saturdays are a must for this role.
Location: Fitzroy Street, St Kilda VIC (free parking). Public transport nearby.
