Receptionist / Salon Coordinator (Social Media Focus)
Job Description
Missie CoCo, a boutique skin clinic in Prahran, Melbourne, is seeking a dedicated Salon Coordinator with a passion for social media to support our dynamic team.

Hours: Part Time
- Monday & Thursday: 5 pm – 9 pm
- Every second Friday: 3 pm – 7 pm
- Saturday: 10 am to 4.30 pm with option for every second Saturday off
Rate of pay: $35 plus per hour.
Location: Prahran, Melbourne VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the current Salon Coordinator in day-to-day salon operations.
- Focus on enhancing Missie CoCo’s social media presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling social media content and campaigns.
- Support in-house events and promotions with creative digital marketing strategies.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and drama-free environment for clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Background in beauty and social media, this is an advantage, however not essential.
- Previous experience in salon coordination or related customer service positions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Confident in computer skills is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An enthusiastic and team-oriented approach to work.
