Milque Spa – Dermal Therapist
- Up to $40 per hour (dependent on skills & experience) + incentives & bonuses.
- Full time, Part time or Casual with minimum of 20 – 25 hours per week.
- Work/life balance: Option for alternate Saturday if preferred (+No Sundays or Mondays & 2pm finish on Saturdays).
- A truly skin focussed role (with some beauty treatments).
ABOUT MILQUE SPA
Established for over 12 years we are a team of 3 passionate Beauty & Skin Therapists and 1 Hairdresser, as well as our Dermal Therapist owner, Christine. We currently provide a range of advanced skin treatments as well as basic beauty treatments and are working towards becoming a more skin-focussed clinic.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a dual role working with advanced skin treatments as well as basic beauty treatments (waxing, brows & lashes, nails and spray tanning). This position can quickly grow into a Full-time skin focussed role if preferred.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy (completed).
- A minimum 2 years recent in salon experience with confidence in the following: Skin Consultations, Facials, Peels, Skin Needling, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, IPL Hair Removal, RF Skin Tightening, LED, Body Treatments, as well as Waxing and Lash & Brow services.
- Proven experience in retail sales, rebooking, and client satisfaction – with a strong ability to achieve results.
- Strong skin & ingredient knowledge – confident in educating clients on their skin needs.
- Confidence in conducting comprehensive skin analysis (Experience with Observ Machine is advantageous).
- Exceptional customer service – with a strong focus on client-centred care and building trust.
- Must be comfortable doing social media.

- Option for alternate Saturdays if preferred (we also close at 2pm Saturdays).
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Pay Rate: Up to $40 per hour (dependent on skills & experience) + incentives & bonuses.
Location: Capalaba QLD (free all-day onsite parking).
