This is a hands-on leadership position, where the Clinic Manager works both on the floor and in the treatment room, performing treatments while also managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
The successful candidate must have proven experience managing and leading a team, while maintaining exceptional treatment standards and client experiences.

The Role
As Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in the clinic’s success by:
- Leading, mentoring and inspiring your team to perform at their very best.
- Managing and developing staff, ensuring a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Driving clinic performance, including KPIs, retail results and treatment bookings.
- Overseeing daily operations, including bookings, stock control and clinic workflow.
- Performing treatments within the treatment room, delivering high-quality services (not limited to skin treatments).
- Delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Handling client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining high standards across treatments, hygiene and clinic presentation.
- Supporting staff training, mentoring and development.
- Working closely with the business owner on growth strategies, marketing initiatives and future planning.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in both leadership and client treatments.
