Leave Looking Gorgeous (LLG) – Senior Hairdresser & 3rd Year Apprentice Hairdresser

- Highly competitive pay rates: Choose from employee ($35 – $40 per hour permanent rate of pay for highly experienced Senior Hairdressers) OR opportunity to earn an outstanding wage with Rent a Chair option.
- We are the only hair salon within Blackburn shopping centre so there is the opportunity to grow clientele quickly (and we already have some waiting for you!).
- Work/life balance: we operate Tuesday – Saturday and are flexible with days/times of work to suit your lifestyle. Guaranteed hours each week for employee basis.
Who is LLG?
We are a professional and welcoming group of 4 stylists, operating as a collective. Located in Blackburn shopping centre, we offer you a space to work alongside experienced and emerging hairdressers in a modern, light bright salon with all the mod cons you may need.
We offer all hair services including colours, cuts, styling and keratin straightening with a big demand for our colour work.
All you need to bring with you are your tools of trade and your natural-born talent. We offer lots of training.
Location: Blackburn shopping centre, Blackburn VIC (free all-day onsite staff parking).
Hours: Flexible – Full time or Part time (we’re open Tuesday – Saturday). Flexible employment arrangement.

THE OFFER – Flexibility
- We are seeking someone on an employee basis, either Full time or Part time permanent, with generous bonuses and incentives plus a great rate of pay $35 – $40 per hour for highly experienced Senior Hairdressers. Competitive wages can be negotiated for more newly qualified hairdressers, those requiring upskilling, as well as 3rd Year Apprentices. Wages are reviewed regularly as your skillset progresses.
OR….
- With clientele waiting for you, plus ongoing training, there is an opportunity to earn outstanding money each week. Our current team earn approximately $1,500 – $2,000 per week. In the first month, we will give you a base package of $500 per week while you are settling in, and then the sky is the limit! Pay Rate: A locked-in $500 per week for the first month, details on potential earnings discussed at interview. We are the only hair salon within Blackburn shopping centre so there is the opportunity to build your clientele rapidly with us.
