Lily Jackson Hairdressing, a long-standing and respected Sydney salon, is looking for a talented Senior Stylist to join our Potts Point team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident hairdresser who wants to produce exceptional work, continue developing their craft, and build strong long-term client relationships.

About the Role
As a Senior Hairdresser, you will:
- Deliver precision cutting and high-quality colour work.
- Provide detailed consultations and guide clients through their hair journey.
- Build strong client relationships and long-term loyalty.
- Work within structured salon systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to a professional, supportive team culture.
- Learn new skills to meet the needs of our clients. We are leading experts in Grey Hair Transition.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A fully qualified Senior Hairdresser currently based in Australia.
- Confident and experienced in both cutting and colouring.
- Passionate about education, trends and evolving techniques.
- A strong communicator who builds trust with clients.
- Professional, reliable and comfortable working in a busy salon environment.
Working Hours
The salon operates seven days per week, with Stylists rostered across the week including some Sundays.
Flexibility is important as late nights until 8pm are our busiest periods, and availability during these times is essential.
While occasional Saturday flexibility may be possible, this will be discussed with the successful candidate depending on availability and team roster requirements.

The salon is located in the heart of Potts Point, a vibrant inner-city suburb of Sydney.

- Multiple nearby bus routes.
Please note that parking in Potts Point is extremely limited, however the location is easily accessible by public transport and is a busy destination for our loyal clientele.
Trade Test & Sponsorship
- All applicants must attend an in-person trade test at our Potts Point salon.
- Visa sponsorship may be considered for highly skilled candidates already located in Australia who are fluent in English (Full-time roles only).
