The Lily Jackson Group is a long-standing successful Sydney Hair Salon group. We are seeking a fully qualified Senior Hairdresser for our Potts Point NSW salon.
We care a lot about creating beautiful hair for our clients. And we love to have fun whilst doing it.
Our salon offers:
- Attractive salary and benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 plus superannuation, as well as achievable commission.
- Full time position: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility on roster.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hairdressing services to our high-end clientele.
- Continuously develop your skills through training and education.
- Collaborate with our team of top stylists to provide a world-class salon experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience post apprenticeship as a Qualified Hairdresser.
- Confident in colour and cutting with recent salon experience.
- Strong knowledge of hairdressing techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
