Your Role
As our Salon Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of lash and brow beauty professionals.
- Deliver exceptional treatments with precision, artistry, and care.
- Oversee salon operations, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Manage bookings, budgets, stock, and team performance.
- Drive business growth through marketing, promotions, and innovation.
- Foster a positive, empowering, and results-driven culture.
About You
We’d love to meet you if you are:
- An experienced salon leader or senior therapist with management experience.
- Own your own business and wish to transition or merge into an operation without the pressure of the overheads.
- Highly skilled in Lash & Brow Artistry and passionate about luxury beauty.
- Qualified in Beauty Therapy. Not essential.
- Confident, warm, and client-focused with exceptional communication.
- Goal-driven and motivated by excellence and results.
