Just Beaute is a boutique beauty studio in Brighton, Melbourne VIC, and we’re on the lookout for a Part-time Beauty Therapist with a love for lashes, brows and skin — and big ambitions to grow with us!
Position:
- Part-time Beauty Therapist (with real opportunities to grow into more hours and a long-term role).
- Pay Rate: $24 – $32 per hour (based on skills & experience).
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week to start — with pathways to 30 hours per week and eventually Full-time for the right person.

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding beauty results and building genuine client relationships? At Just Beaute, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team where your enthusiasm and initiative are celebrated.
You’ll be performing core beauty treatments while offering personalised consultations that keep clients coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional lash services including lifts, tinting & treatments.
- Brow services (waxing, shaping, tinting, lamination).
- Skin treatments & facials (training provided if required).
- Friendly client consultations and tailored service.
- Reception support: bookings, messaging and basic admin.
- Upholding our beautiful, clean and professional studio environment.
- Supporting retail and client rebooking.
About You
You are:
- A fully qualified beauty therapist (Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent).
- Experienced in lashes, brows and skin — OR keen to learn with support.
- Passionate about beauty, skin health and client care.
- Professional, warm and attentive to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and proud of your work.
- Mature minded.
- Eager to grow your career in a results-driven boutique setting.
