ABOUT US
Established for 8 years, we’re a team of 7 passionate and creative hair artists, including our Hairdresser owner, Jessica. We have a boss who truly listens to us and cares about what we want, and we care about each other, so you’ll be coming into a highly supportive, inclusive and welcoming team. We’re no longer open on weekends so we can have work life balance, and we give our team flexibility in days & hours of work to suit their lifestyle.
We provide all hair services and especially loves blondes and balayage. We support you with ongoing training and education, so no matter what your level of skills are, the main attributes we’re seeking are passion, motivation and someone who wants to work in a team environment.
ABOUT THE ROLES
We have positions available for Senior Hairdressers, as well as more newly Qualified Hairdressers & 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentices.
Hours: Full time & Part time roles available for Qualified Hairdressers, and Full time for Apprentices.
- We’re super flexible with days/hours of work – we just need you to be available for 1 late night (Wednesday or Thursday).
- Guaranteed hours each week.
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Pay Rate: $35 – $40+ per hour for highly skilled & experienced Senior Hairdressers & highly competitive wages for more newly Qualified, those that need upskilling & Apprentices PLUS commissions & bonuses.
Location: 3/66 Ballina St., Lennox Head NSW (free all-day onsite parking) + we’re due to open our 2nd location in Byron Bay NSW within the next 3 months.
