INSKIN COSMEDICS invites applications from accomplished and service-driven professionals for the role of Customer Experience Specialist — a pivotal position within our Head Office team.

The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for our valued partners and prospective clients, you will be entrusted with delivering a seamless, refined, and solutions-focused customer experience.
This position requires a high level of professionalism, commercial awareness, and the ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining operational precision.
To be successful for this role, you will possess a background in the beauty industry. This could be the perfect opportunity for someone who is tired of working long hours, late nights and weekends and looking for a Monday to Friday role (with designated lunch breaks). Plus, you will be finishing on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and payment coordination with accuracy.
- Act as a central point of contact for all partner enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Oversee freight coordination, order tracking, and delivery outcomes.
- Resolve enquiries with efficiency, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the National Sales and Business Development teams.
- Maintain CRM and account systems with diligence and attention to detail.
- Welcome and professionally engage visitors to Head Office.
About You
You are a refined communicator and brand ambassador, with a natural ability to deliver elevated service experiences. You take pride in precision, presentation, and professionalism, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Your Experience & Attributes:
- Qualification and/or experience as a Beauty Therapist (essential).
- Demonstrated experience within customer service, client relations, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM and accounting platforms (NetSuite, MYOB or similar preferred).
- Impeccable communication skills—articulate, polished, and professional.
- Strong organisational capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgement.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across teams.
