HAIROLOGY – Senior Hairdresser
- $35 – $38+ per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly experienced & skilled Senior Hairdressers.
- Work/life balance: Choose your days & hours! We are super flexible and can offer Full time or Part time hours + our latest night is 7pm on Thursdays + No Sundays or Mondays. Guaranteed hours each week.
- Work in a colour specialist salon which also provides cutting and styling, so you’ll have a varied work day.

Established for over 20 years, with a team of 5, we are a colour-focussed salon in Lakelands Shopping centre Mandurah.
We place a large emphasis on work/life balance and for this reason, our latest night is 7pm Thursday (by appointment only). We’re a highly professional salon where you’ll be given guaranteed hours each week, will always receive your pay & entitlements on time each week, always be given adequate time for breaks, and will be treated with the highest level of respect at all times. We truly value each one of our team members, and you’ll be coming into a super friendly, welcoming and fun team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Whether you’re a highly skilled & experienced Senior Hairdresser, more newly qualified, or returning to the industry after a break, the main attributes we’re seeking are passion, motivation, reliability and a friendly nature.
Pay Rate: $35 – $38+ per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairdressers. Those that are more newly qualified or require any skills training, we will negotiate a competitive pay rate based on your current skillset and review as your progress with us.
Plus, the opportunity to earn outstanding commissions and bonuses! We are a busy salon so large commissions are easily achievable.
Hours: Choose from Full time, Part time or Casual.
- We’re open Tuesday – Saturday, with 1 late night on Thursday until 7pm at the latest (by appointment only).
- Flexibility in days/hours including options for no/alternate Saturdays as well as later starts and earlier finishes – let’s chat about what works for you!
- Guaranteed hours each week.
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Location: Lakelands Shopping Centre, Mandurah WA (free all-day onsite parking).
