SKIN THERAPIST / DERMAL THERAPIST
Fresh Face Skin is seeking an experienced and passionate Skin Therapist to join our well-established, high-performing skin clinic located in Kilsyth VIC.

Ideal Start Date: Week of 5 January 2026 or 12 January 2026 (to commence induction training).
THE OFFER:
- Negotiable pay: $32–$40 per hour (permanent rate) + Super, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 34-36 hours per week (Full-time).

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and passionate Skin or Dermal Therapist with a minimum of 3 years recent in-clinic experience in skin-focused treatments. If you’re committed to growth, education, and delivering real skin results in a supportive, uplifting environment, we’d love to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will begin with a fully funded induction program, enabling you to learn our full treatment menu and protocols before transitioning into client appointments.
Our training is thorough, supportive, and designed to set you up for success — no being thrown into the deep end.
You will be trained across treatments including:
- Skin Needling
- LED Light Therapy
- Chemical, Enzyme & Herbal Peels
- Ayurvedic Kansa Wand
- Skin Consultations & Skin Analysis
- IPL
- RF Skin Tightening
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification: Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy.
- Dermal Clinician (degree-qualified) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years recent clinic experience in a skin-based role.
- Experience with: Skin needling, RF skin tightening, Chemical peels, LED, strong overall skin knowledge.
- Passionate about continuous growth, education, and delivering high-quality client care.
- Confident team player with strong communication skills.
