About The Role
As an Apprentice Hairdresser at Fatty Arbuckles, you will have the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry and gain hands-on experience in a busy salon setting, giving you the opportunity to set the foundations and kickstart your career in hairdressing. You will be joining our strong, inclusive, diverse and friendly salon family of 4 Seniors, 2 Apprentices, our Salon Coordinator and our Saturday Receptionist.

Job Role Specifics
Hours: Full time, permanent. 10am starts weekdays.
Pay Rate: Above Award wages + all Apprentices have the chance to earn extra with bonuses & commissions
Location: East Perth WA.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Hairdressers with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for styling.
- Observe and learn various cutting, colouring, and styling techniques from experienced professionals.
- Engage with clients warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their salon experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised salon and work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Immerse yourself in the learning process, absorbing techniques in cutting, colouring, styling, and customer interaction.
- Embrace challenges with a positive attitude, knowing that any obstacle is an opportunity for growth.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to expand your skill set and knowledge.
