About the Role

As a Sales & Product Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training experiences (digitally/virtually to the globe and in person) while supporting sales growth across our professional salon network. Based at our Global Headquarters in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, you will lead engaging training workshops, product demonstrations, and industry presentations while supporting the commercial growth of the brand.

You will deliver training workshops, perform product demonstrations, and build strong relationships with salons, educators, and distributors. The role also involves coordinating training sessions, supporting customers, and contributing to the continued growth of the brand.

This role is primarily Gold Coast based; however national and occasional international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education:

• Deliver professional beauty training workshops to students, salons, and distributors.
• Provide clear instruction and guidance in practical beauty treatments and product use.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback and mentorship (digitally and in person).
• Maintain training materials, course documentation, and student records.
• Coordinate training events, venues, and workshop logistics.

Sales & Brand Support:

• Conduct product demonstrations and support sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with salons, educators, and clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets through education and product promotion.
• Assist with trade shows, industry events, and product launches.

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide product knowledge and professional/technical advice to beauty professionals.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards across all interactions.

Administration & Coordination:

• Maintain records of training attendees and customer databases.
• Assist with workshop coordination across Australia and internationally.
• Prepare training documentation, reports, and communications.
• Manage travel arrangements and training logistics where required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty education, deeply immersed in the industry, highly organised, and confident presenting to groups or on stage, while also recognising the importance of the administrative and computer-based work and editing skills that supports successful training programs.

You will bring strong industry knowledge, technical skill and dedication, along with the ability to inspire, engage and mentor students throughout their learning journey.

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent beauty qualification).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the ability to structure and develop course outlines and content mapped with learning outcomes.
• Lash Extensions certification with demonstrated application experience.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• 3–5 years’ experience within the beauty industry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience applying lash extensions.
• Exceptional computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook and course development platforms.
• Experience delivering training, education or demonstrations.

Highly Valued:

• Experience filming or presenting educational content for digital platforms.
• Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar).
• Confidence presenting on camera for tutorials or educational demonstrations.
• Social media confidence for engaging with the beauty community.
• Volume lash extensions training.
• A portfolio of lash work.
