Location: Keys Road, Cheltenham VIC.

Hours: Full Time (8am-4pm / 9am-5pm).

Remuneration: $25 – $30+ per hour (negotiable based on experience and reviewed regularly).

Free on-site parking for all staff.

CPD Institute of Australia is seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our boutique training institute, specializing in Cosmetic Injectables and Skin Rejuvenation. The Role

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the face of CPD Institute of Australia, greeting students, models, and visitors at our CPD simulated clinic. Your role will be key to ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and manage student enrolment enquiries and administration.
  • Oversee model bookings, including coordination and confirmations via phone, online, and social media (Facebook).
  • Manage our Model Database and appointment schedules for student training days.
  • Process Eftpos payments and liaise with couriers.
  • Rebook treatments and assist with cross-promotion.
  • Provide general office administration, including data entry and other tasks for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous reception and administrative experience, ideally in the beauty, aesthetics, or medical field.
  • An interest in Cosmetic Injectables and Skin Treatments.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer use.
  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
