We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Senior Hairdresser. Management opportunity available for the right person as a Salon Manager, to lead our team and elevate our vibrant salon to the next level.

About the Role
As our Senior Hairdresser / Salon Manager, you’ll work closely with the salon owner to inspire, guide, and grow our amazing team. You’ll ensure every client receives a 5-star experience while managing the daily operations with confidence and style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to motivate and support the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
- Manage stock, wages, and salon budgets efficiently.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring appointments run smoothly.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain a full column and hit individual KPIs.
- Build and maintain your own clientele (existing client base a bonus, but not essential).
- You will be required to oversee all Apprentice clients before and after their service and provide training for the apprentices to complete their qualifications to a high standard.

- A fully qualified Hairdresser with 5+ years of salon or management experience.
