Senior Hairdressers – Bravado Haircutters
- Choose your own days & hours! We can offer Full time & Part time options. Option for no/alternate weekends, no late nights, later starts/earlier finishes – let’s chat about what works for you.
- $35 – $40 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled & experienced hairdressers + a simple, easily achievable generous commission & bonus structure.

ABOUT US
Established for 11 years, Bravado Haircutters is a full-service salon providing colours, cuts, styling, as well as tape hair extensions and keratin smoothing. We’re a Davines colour salon and provide full training.
We’re a team of 4 passionate and creative Hairdressers (including our Hairdresser owner, Bec) and we’ve all been with the salon long-term. We’re all Mums ourselves and understand the importance of work/life balance. That’s why we allow you to choose your days and hours to suit your lifestyle. We want you to be happy in your role with us and stay with us long-term.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Whether you’re a highly experienced Senior Hairdresser, more newly Qualified, needing upskilling, or returning to the industry after a break, the main attributes we’re seeking are passion, motivation, and a friendly personality. We’re big on education so can easily get you up to speed in any areas you need further training in.
Hours: Choose your own days/hours.
- Choose from Full time or Part time hours. We are so busy we’re turning clients away! So, you have the option of as many hours as you’d like from day 1 (and a full clientele waiting for you!).
- Options for school-based hours, no/alternate weekends, no late nights – let’s chat about what works for you.
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled & experienced hairdressers + a simple, easily achievable generous commission & bonus structure.
Location: 271A Hampton St., Hampton VIC (free all-day parking + right next to Hampton train station & plenty of bus stops).
