RECEPTIONIST – BODY FREEDOM URBAN SPA & CLINIC

• 18 hours per week initially with a view to increase to more hours if wanted. Mondays, Saturdays + every 2^nd Friday afternoon.
• $34 per hour weekdays and $44 per hour Saturdays!

We are a full-service Day Spa & Clinic offering a wide range of massage & pregnancy therapies, spa treatments & clinical skin treatments. We tailor every spa treatment to fit the needs of our clients. It’s our specialised treatments that draw returning serenity-seekers to our tranquil space. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to work on our front reception desk. This is a busy role where you will be greeting guests, answering phone calls and emails, maximising our appointment book and ensuring the smooth running of the front reception area.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience in a receptionist role, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent English skills; both spoken and written.
• Experience working in the beauty or hair industry is an advantage however not essential.
• Computer literate and confident in using word, excel and outlook. Experience using a CRM system is an advantage.
• A passion for working in the beauty industry.

Hours: This is a Casual position. 18 hours per week initially with a view to increase to more hours if wanted.

• Mondays, Saturdays + every 2^nd Friday afternoon.
• Additional hours can also be offered to cover staff leave periods.

Remuneration: $34 per hour weekdays and $44 per hour Saturdays!

Location: South Melbourne VIC (plenty of nearby parking available & lots of public transport).
