- Rate of Pay: $65-$70K per annum + super + commissions (total package = $82-$87K per annum).

Fantastic opportunity for a 2IC role in Hampton. This is a Full-time position. To be successful for this role, you must have previous in a management or leadership role.
Your role includes supporting Owner-Operator to meet Clinic Financial targets, inventory management, rostering, ensuring best practice is maintained in the clinic, etc.

Your Role Includes:
- Delivering advanced treatments using world-class medical-grade equipment.
- Conducting skin and body consultations.
- Creating personalised treatment plans.
- Guiding clients through their treatment and aftercare journey.
- Providing exceptional customer service and education.
- Maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Meeting KPIs to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Upholding our brand, values, and high professional standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in a beauty, skin, or body shaping clinic (highly regarded).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable recommending services & retail (training provided).
- A warm, passionate therapist who genuinely cares about client outcomes.
- Someone who wants to grow, learn, and build a long-term career.
