Apprentice Hairdresser
All Levels – 1st/2nd/3rd Year

- The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and over Christmas and public holidays (returning to the salon on the 5th of January).
- Have your hair done complimentary and receive products at cost.
- We work with you to achieve your goals with commissions – whether it is a weekend away, a holiday to Bali, or a new iPad – the sky is the limit!
We have a wonderful opportunity for an Apprentice Hairdresser to join our friendly, warm and welcoming team of 10, in our newly renovated, upmarket salon.

Location: Northmead NSW – just 26 km west of the CBD of Sydney.
Our Emerging Stylist, you will GROW – During this time you will be trained and educated in the ever-evolving art of hairdressing, learning the fundamental foundations and growing to more contemporary to advanced hairdressing techniques.

Hours: Full time.
Rate of pay: Above award wages plus generous bonuses and incentives.
YOUR ROLE
You will be working with and assisting our Stylists, on a daily basis with colour and styling. If you are not super confident in foiling – cutting and balayage (freehand colour), but have an intermediate understanding, we are totally cool with that (advanced apprentices). We can guide you to become the professional and confident stylist you want to be. As long as you have the right attitude and are willing to learn… that is all we ask of you.
WHEN YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM – We will move you in a steady pace with continuous education. You will start with client communication, shampoo and scalp massage. Once completed, we will move you to COLOUR AND STYLING EDUCATION, plus start developing your CUTTING SKILLS with monthly IN SALON PROGRAMS.
