About the Role:
- Deliver advanced facial treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform skin microneedling treatments with confidence and precision.
- Conduct thorough consultations, skin analysis and personalised treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional client care, ensuring a premium experience at every visit.
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on rebooking and long-term retention.
- Recommend and retail professional skincare to support treatment outcomes.
- Maintain impeccable treatment room presentation and hygiene standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, including scalp spa therapies and hair wellness treatments.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products and innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a beauty or premium salon/spa environment.
- Experience with advanced skin treatments, including microneedling.
- A strong focus on rebooking, client retention and building a loyal clientele.
- A genuine desire to learn, grow and expand into scalp spa therapy.
- Excellent retail skills and confidence in product recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immaculate presentation with a polished, professional approach.

Essential Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Beauty Therapy.
- Minimum 3 years’ industry experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
