Established since 2014 we are under new ownership as of 2024. We provide all hair services, and specialise in vibrant colours, as well as blondes and balayage.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Salon Manager, you’ll have the chance to run the business without the stress of starting from scratch or financial overheads. We have an existing client base and an established team of 4 creative and passionate Hairdressers to work with, and you will have full support from our 2 owners.
This dynamic role is perfect for a Senior Stylist who thrives in both creative styling and effective salon management. Here, you will not only apply your expert styling techniques but also play a critical role in leading our team and managing salon operations. We’re looking for someone who is a confident, experienced and motivational leader. This role is initially approximately 90% hair services and 10% management, with the view to grow into a more management focussed position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Services: Deliver outstanding hairdressing services, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat visits.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily salon activities, including inventory management, scheduling, and optimising team workflows.
- Client Engagement: Lead efforts in client follow-ups to enhance their experience and retain their business.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep track of both salon and individual performance against targets.
- Leadership: Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions, promoting a culture of growth and mutual support.
JOB ROLE SPECIFICS
Pay Rate: $40 – $50 per hour (permanent rate of pay) + superannuation + a simple & highly achievable bonus structure with potential to earn thousands extra each month.
Hours: Full time permanent position. Choose from between 30 – 38 hours per week.
The salon is open Tuesday – Saturday. You will need to be available to work each day, however, start and finish times can be negotiated to suit your needs.
Location: Victoria Point shopping centre, Victoria Point QLD (free all-day onsite parking).
