What We Offer:

  • Attractive salary: $90,000-$110,000 per annum + superannuation, annual leave and sick leave. Plus, uncapped commissions.
  • Car allowance plus company laptop and mobile phone.
  • Free parking at our Knoxfield office.
  • Full-time position (38 hours per week) split into 2-4 days in the field and rest in the office.

Your Mission

To gain and maintain growth for Beauté Pacifique across Australia and New Zealand by developing new business, nurturing key partnerships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve commercial goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed company targets.

About You:

  • Proven success in Business Development or Clinic Management within the skincare, beauty, or aesthetics industry.
  • Experience in field sales, client acquisition, and B2B outreach.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Confident managing key stakeholders and fostering long-term business relationships.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel interstate and internationally (1 trip per year subsidised).
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
