About the Role
As a full-service hair and beauty salon established for over 4 years, Bare Beauty House is looking for a Senior Hairdresser to:
- Confidently manage all aspects of hairdressing, from balayage and precision cuts to extensions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a relaxing and professional experience.
- Work collaboratively with hairdressers and beauty therapists, contributing to a fun and professional team environment.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base while also taking care of our strong following of returning clients.
- Help create a seamless client journey by working closely with the team to share appointments across services.
- Work alongside a Certified Colour Master, elevating your skills and learning opportunities.

About You
- Hold a Cert III or IV in Hairdressing with at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Hairdresser.
- Skilled in a variety of hairdressing techniques and passionate about delivering high-quality results.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to salon success, including actively participating in team meetings.
- Able to work independently, manage your schedule, and actively work to exceed targets.
- A friendly communicator who’s not afraid to ask for help or offer assistance.
- Interested in or committed to a low-tox lifestyle, aligning with Bare Beauty House’s sustainable and eco-friendly values.
