Bailey & Co. Hair Salon – Qualified Hairdresser & 3rd Year Apprentice Hairdresser

- $35+ per hour for highly skilled & experienced Senior Hairdressers (will be discussed at the time of interview), and from $30+ per hour for more newly Qualified Hairdressers or those who need upskilling. Plus, a generous and achievable commission structure. Award rate for advanced 3rd Year Apprentice role.
- Choose your own days/hours of work: we have a big team of 9 and are flexible with alternate Saturdays, school-based hours or later starts/earlier finishes.
Location: Black Rock, Bayside VIC (FREE parking + close to trains and buses), and close to the Beach. Black Rock is near Mentone, Brighton and Sandringham.
ABOUT BAILEY & CO. HAIR SALON
We are a well-established boutique salon. We provide all hair service, with a great reputation.
We have a team of 9 passionate and supportive hairdressers and our owner, Marcia, brings a wealth of knowledge having worked in the industry for many years.
We are BIG on work/life balance and support our team with later starts during the early week and flexibility in days & hours of work (we have a large team so can be very flexible including every second Saturday off for our Seniors).
We are also BIG on education – our staff are all given in salon and external training (within paid work hours) to keep you up to date with the latest trends.
ABOUT THE ROLE(S)
Hours: Full time & Part time options.
- We are SUPER flexible with days and hours including school-based hours for the right person + every 2nd Saturdays off + No Sundays or Mondays.
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Remuneration: $35+ per hour (negotiable) for highly skilled & experienced Senior Hairdressers, and from $30+ per hour for more newly Qualified Hairdressers or those that need upskilling. Plus, a generous and achievable commission structure. Award rate for advanced 3rd Year Apprentice.
