AMR Beauty Group is seeking a dynamic and well-presented Superstore Manager to join our team. If you’re a fast-paced, results-driven leader who thrives in a bustling retail environment, we want to hear from you. Customers frequently return to our stores because of the exceptional leadership, and we need you to bring that same level of dedication to our team.
If you have a background in hairdressing, this is a definite advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the superstore, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
- Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, creating a positive, customer-focused environment.
- Lead by example with excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Foster a store culture where customers consistently request your leadership.
- Take ownership of the store’s success, from inventory management to staff scheduling, and beyond.
About You:
- Energetic, fast-paced, and well-presented.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building teams and driving performance.
- Experience in a retail management role, ideally within beauty or a related field.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a high store standard.
- Comfortable working weekends and leading a store independently.
Hours: Full-time.
Rate of Pay: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: Epping VIC.
