ACCESS HAIR has a wonderful opportunity for a Salon Receptionist / Salon Coordinator to join our team and be the “face of the salon”.
- Work 4 days per week.
- No Friday, Sunday or Monday work.

Access Hair is a fun team of 8 hairstylists based in Sydney’s inner west, cruising the high seas of fashion at our flagship salon in Summer Hill NSW. Our stylists have joined us from all around the world, bringing incredibly diverse skillsets, expertise, and passions – which is why we are at the forefront of hair fashion and creativity.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a quick thinking & organised customer service focussed person who loves the hair and beauty industry. Duties will include a mix of:
- Answering phones/taking phone and email appointments.
- Taking appointments and dealing with queries via Facebook, Instagram, and email.
- Greeting clients and getting them seated and checked in.
- Stock control.
- Helping staff with time management.
- Managing waitlists and call backs.
- Managing appointments on our kitomba salon database.
- We have an online store, so if you are IT savvy, this is an advantage, however not essential – just a willingness to learn.
