Sense Of Self (SOS) is a contemporary bathhouse and spa on a mission to set a new standard for wellness. Since launching in 2020, we’ve been featured in Vogue, The Design Files, AFR and more.
We’re now bringing SOS to Surry Hills and looking for warm, skilled and passionate Massage Therapists to join our team and help create an exceptional guest experience from day one.
Casual rate of pay $40 per hour plus superannuation and penalty rates on weekend.
Hours: Full time or Part time, minimum 8 hours per week.
Close to public transport and parking nearby.
About the Role
You’ll deliver high-quality massage treatments while creating a calm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.
You’ll be someone who:
- Has high massage skills and a genuine passion for wellbeing.
- Creates connection through warm, intuitive and professional service.
- Takes pride in exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation and care.
- Communicates confidently and enjoys sharing your knowledge.
- Is collaborative, proactive and happy to support the wider venue team.
- Is committed to learning, growth and delivering consistently excellent experiences.
About You
Essential:
- Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or Diploma, minimum 12 months experience.
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience.
Desirable:
- Current professional insurance and association membership.
- Experience in a premium spa, wellness or hospitality environment.
